Newsletter
Newsletters are a great way to get and stay in touch with our customers. In any case, we will ask for your consent before we place our newsletter in your inbox. Below we will explain to you what we will send you and when and what not.
The frequency of delivery varies and cannot be exactly predicted (maximum once per month), but you will probably receive quite a few emails from us.
If you no longer wish to receive advertising emails from us, you can simply unsubscribe. You will find a link to unsubscribe at the end of every email.
This is what we will send you (after your consent):
- new offers - as a newsletter recipient you will be among the first to find out when we have new offers in our range
- Emails about canceling your purchase or abandoning your shopping cart
Under no circumstances will we send you this:
- Spam - we will never send you spam messages, whether asked or unsolicited
- Mass emails - we send a maximum of once per month

Which delivery service will bring my package
We ship our goods exclusively with the shipping service provider DHL.
How long does the delivery take
We ship on the same day if your order is received before 12 p.m. As a rule, your package should be with you the next (working) day.
I won't be home on delivery day
No problem. Normally you either ring the doorbell of a (friendly) neighbor and ask if they will accept the package or it is taken to the nearest post office where you can then pick it up.
Can I pick up my package?
No, as a purely online retailer, we do not operate a physical store where you can pick up your goods.
